Valuation Matter
Valuation on Tiles has been fixed by the valuation department case. Valuation reduced by the Valuation department by 6% from the earlier valuation ruling dated 03-02-2010.
Rd cases
Writ petition 28/2012 has been dismissed by the Honourable
Islamabad High Court on 17-12-2012.
An early hearing
application was filed, honourable Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan ordered to fix the case with in first week of March 2013.
