Last updated: October 2, 2026. This policy covers the Action Studio WordPress application (also called Action Blog Studio PRO) operated by the oasis.pk/ website administrator. It covers this application, not every unrelated service or plugin on the website.
Information processed
When an administrator connects Google Ads, the application processes the configured Ads customer ID, optional manager ID, OAuth client credentials, access and refresh tokens, authorization status, seed keywords, selected countries and languages, and Google’s returned keyword suggestions and historical metrics. Saved records can include keyword groups, source, targeting and reporting period. CSV files provided by administrators are processed for keyword import.
If the separate Google reporting connection is enabled and authorized, the application accesses permitted Search Console and Analytics properties and reporting data through read-only permissions. WordPress content, SEO settings and audit data are processed when their corresponding modules are used.
If the visitor-search module is enabled, it can record searches performed within this website, result counts and search-result interactions. Consent gating depends on the site’s configuration and consent integration. It does not reveal everyone’s searches on Google. Other website tools and hosting logs are governed by the site’s applicable policies.
Purpose and Google permissions
Google data is used to provide the keyword research and reporting features requested by the administrator. The Google Ads OAuth scope is broad, but the current keyword module makes research and lookup requests, not campaign or spending changes. Google account passwords are entered with Google, not in this plugin.
Storage and security
Data is stored in the WordPress database and temporary caches on the website’s hosting infrastructure. OAuth tokens and connection configuration are encrypted using a key derived from WordPress security salts. Research and content records are not covered by that credential encryption. Authorized site administrators and hosting providers may have access needed to operate the installation. Access controls and HTTPS help protect data; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Sharing and permitted use
Requests are sent to Google to provide authorized features. Hosting infrastructure processes stored data, and administrator-requested exports create copies under the administrator’s control. This integration does not send Google data to an external AI writing service or use it for training generalized AI models. Google user data is not sold, used for personalized advertising or transferred to data brokers. Access or disclosure is limited to providing the requested features, user-authorized support, security needs or legal obligations.
Action Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention, disconnection and deletion
Unsaved keyword research sessions expire after approximately one hour; expired cache entries may remain in storage until WordPress cleanup. Saved research remains until an administrator deletes it. Connection settings remain until removed; disconnecting clears locally stored authorization tokens and attempts Google token revocation, but does not delete saved research or all connection settings.
Use the keyword workspace’s delete controls to remove saved keywords. To revoke access independently, visit Google Account connections. For other stored application data or deletion assistance, contact the operator below. Uninstalling normally preserves data unless the plugin’s delete-on-uninstall setting is enabled. Hosting backups and exported copies may remain under the relevant operator’s retention arrangements; database deletion does not automatically remove those copies.
Your choices and updates
Connecting Google is optional. Administrators can decline authorization, disconnect or use CSV research without Google API authorization. Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of application data relating to you. Material changes to Google data use will be disclosed before that new use, with renewed consent where required.
